By accessing or using the Icon Scents website (the "Site") or purchasing any products from Icon Scents ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

2. Products & Descriptions

We strive to display our fragrances and related products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error‑free, complete, or current. If a product offered by Icon Scents is not as described, your sole remedy is to contact us at dasmouskiywht@outlook.com for assistance.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or availability.

4. Payment & Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We accept payment methods as indicated on the Site. By placing an order, you authorize us (or our third‑party payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, payment fraud detection, or violation of these Terms.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after your item is delivered.

Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging or as otherwise indicated in the return instructions. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.

Return shipping is free, and we will provide a return label.

If your return is approved, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete your return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Icon Scents is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

All content on the Icon Scents Site – including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and fragrance descriptions – is the property of Icon Scents or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
